If an accident/loss, which may result in a claim, occurs between the time of quoting terms and the actual payment of premium, the premiums mentioned herein could change.

The insurance cover would be effective from the date as mentioned in the Insurance document that is shared to you and from the date of payment.

Care Insurance Brokers LLC is not in any way liable for any failure of service or contract or performance on the part of our contractors, principals, insurers or other third party service agents. There is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all kinds of damages including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and third party claims
